The interview process was very basic. I had an interview with an HR coordinator to get to know some of skills/goals/wants etc. I then had an on-site interview with the head of IT and no technical questions were asked, just more of a get to know me kind of thing. Very pleasant. However, I interviewed right before COVID lockdown and the company refused to respond to any of my e-mails for an update and left me in the dark for almost 4 months before I finally recieved an answer. Pretty unacceptable to have to wait that long for an answer.
