Contacted by recruiter and had a skype interview. Set up interview with District Manager. Store walk through and chat with store manager at local Sherwin Williams to see if the job would be a good fit for the prospect employee. Then they offer and submit you to a series of background checks.

the interviewer didn't really care and was on the phone during the interview and made me wait over a month just to hear from them to schedule an interview. when I showed up the person didn't remember me and only asked me questions about personal life and not much about the job.

Was very easy and comfortable. You will be doing a phone interview asking basic customer service questions, in store interview with a store manager, and a video chat with the district store manager. If you’re calm and amicable there would be no way to not get hired.
