Was very easy. HR got with me to through the hiring process. Shortly after the manager at the store called me to set up an in-person interview. The interview lasted roughly 15 minutes and the manager called me back within a week to offer the position.

They interview everyone who applies but the manager doing the interview will act disinterested immediately and barely show you around if he doesn't click with you. The job itself seemed simple and something that changes day to day.
