I was an Internal applicant, i submitted interest for interview through the portal. First, i interviewed with the DSM then with the District Manager for our region. process took about 2 weeks from the initial interview.

Informal first interview with open discussion and informative questions, second interview involving specific territory related questions and business plan. Usually with hiring manager alone but sometimes with multiple people, your boss / your bosses boss etc.
