Interview
The interview was very quick and simple. He asked basic questions. It lasted a whole ten minutes. I was 17 at the time, had applied on line, and the interviewer didn't even know what the age requirements were.
first they give you a one way interview online, and they give you a series of questions. Then you attend an in person interview after they have chosen you in the next phase.
Application process is from their website. selected for Online interview, selected by hiring manager for an interview, and got the job. When they need someone to work, if you are willing to do, you will get it.
it went very well, and I got the job offer a week later. The organization was very welcoming and helped me go through training for like two weeks and was up to speed
