Interview
There were 3 interviews for this job. First you met with a Talent Coordinator, who gave an overview on the position and what I would be doing. Then I had an "office visit", where I got to go to Sherwin Williams and actually see what they did on a day to day basis. Finally, I met with the District Manager and had a typical interview where I talked about my previous work experience, and how this will help me grow as a person.

Interview
The interview process was pretty causal and laid back. Had one phone interview and then a one on one interview. More of just a conversation. Typical interview questions for the most part.
