Was contacted by a recruiter through email. They then told me that a director of accounting would be calling me to conduct a phone interview. The phone interview was more laid back than anything and the interviewer put me at ease.

The first interview was online, and you were able to redo your responses. It was through a 3rd party interview website. There were around 8 questions, and many of them were fairly basic.
