      I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sherweb (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2023

      Interview

      Started with HR call where we talked about my experience and expected salary, then HR confirmed with management and HR confirmed that management is comfortable with the expected salary. All people I met was nice and I was happy to meet each one of them. The recruitment process consisted of 3 steps: - Interviewing Software director and Project manager - Coding test with codility with limited time 75 minutes - Technical interview with two developers. - Offer discussion call The last step "Offer discussion call" with software director, He provided me an offer 34% less than the expected salary. I was really disappointed with the offer and with wasting my time. He offered me to do overtime to earn more money. To be honest I had a feeling that this company want people to do a lot of work with less pay. The HR replied to me regarding the salary "Indeed, according to your expectations, the management was comfortable to continue the process. However, based on several factors put all together, our calculation arrives to XX that was possible for this specific role with your experience." I hope Sherweb do their calculation beforehand and not waste candidate's time.
