Interview
Personality, social skills, and appearance are valued more highly than any other qualifications. Academic qualifications are not valued highly. Practically most engineering work at shell is outsourced to service companies. No wonder why operating cost at Shell is high comparatively to other majors or smaller companies.

What are major components you focus on managing a project? Which component would you prioritize?
Face to face interview with the line manager and HR team, asking the questions one by one. It's a panel pattern of interview and question answering. Overall, the interview is not difficult.

Quite tough for beginners, especially the video interview. We need to prepare to answer in a minute and this was quite tough considering the questions were shuffled. I did not get the job eventually
