Met with hiring manager in first round for 30 minutes after meeting with an external recruiter. Second round was with two Director level and the hiring manager. Interview was behavioral on video.
The Shell interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers were friendly and made me feel comfortable while asking thoughtful questions that focused on both technical knowledge and personal experiences. The process gave me a clear understanding of Shell’s culture and values, and overall it was a positive and insightful experience.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you faced a challenge working in a team, and how you handled it.
The process is methodical and structured. I received the meeting invite about a week before the interview. The interview panel is warm and nice. I enjoyed the process. The panel makes you comfortable so you can answer the questions freely.
Pretty Straight forward and very much to the point. Multiple rounds, at the least 3 that I went through. Mostly person who could be your LM will do the interview.
