To reach the interview stage, first you have to clear the test ( aptitude, technical, database and coding questions). The interview was not so formal. The interviewers were friendly and understanding since I was a fresher. The interview was based on my resume and the previous project work done. At the end the feedback they provided me was genuine and helped me improve myself.

First was the technical test - 2 coding questions, 1 SQL query and MCQs (aptitude and technical).
Next was the interview where they judged you on your technical and communications skills. They ask you questions based on your resume. The interviewers were very friendly.

It was all good. I was interviewed on the basis of my resume. Shell came to my college and we had a technical coding round and aptitude round first. Then if you are selected then we have a interview round.
