Interview
Received email from employer, applied online, and had first round interview on campus. Did not hear back for almost a month; received email this week about heading to the second round (Shell Recruitment Day) in two weeks. The recruiter gave me a SRD prepping packet, with pretty much all information included. SRD will take place in One Shell Plaza, Houston. Recruits will arrive one night prior and have dinner with them. If you're looking for a technical job, there will be a technical interview on the day of.

Question 1
The "Capacity" analysis - they ask you to pretend that you're a manager at a firm and choose one of the five topics/concerns that the company have. Then ask a series of questions of how you think the company should approach those problems.
Consisted of a job insights video interview assessment with a mixture of both competency and strength based questions. This takes approximately 30 minutes to complete. Involves the typical video interview questions such as “Why this company?” Or “why this role?”

Online interview in the style of hireview, intertwined with behavioural and personality questions. Asked three questions that required video responses and I was given unlimited time to prepare and unlimited attempts.
