I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Shell (Bengaluru) in Feb 2016
Interview
2 rounds. Set of questions asked one by one and are noted in a piece of paper. One was telephone round followed by face to face with a panel of 2 members. It was ok. No need to be scared. It's all just projecting that shell is a great place etc. It's completely ridiculous. I didn't recommend anyone to join.
