Very well managed and covers all areas. Is great to distinguish the kind of employee's they are looking for and to determine what their focus is. It begins with a maths and literacy test along with a group exercise and then role play and competency based questions.

I applied online, followed by a phone interview, then an assessment, this was very relaxed. If you're successful you're then offered a job. The whole process flew by
