Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I’m sorry to hear that the interview did not live up to your expectations based on the positive things you’ve heard and read about SLD. As you mentioned, the position you applied for is not clearly defined. Our business is growing rapidly, and the job duties of Recruiting and HR tend to fluctuate and evolve with the changing business needs. When it comes to the types of questions we ask during interviews, we’ve found that keeping the conversation at a higher level allows us to get to know someone better and determine if there is a mutual fit and interest, especially at the beginning stages. It is helpful to hear from your candidate perspective how those questions made you feel as it gives us an opportunity to improve for future candidates. It is part of our process to follow up with everyone who interviews to let them know their status. That said, unfortunately we are not always in a position to provide individual or detailed feedback, given the volume of qualified candidates we receive.
