Very thorough interviews. Interviewed with 4 different people for 30 minutes each. They want to really make sure the people that they hire have the Shea Homes values. Not the most difficult interview but very thorough. Be honest, and do your research on the company and position. Dress nice, bring a list of question and know everything you can about the position you are applying for.
