I applied online, i then got invited to do an interview, it was very basic questions such as my biggest weakness, a time I worked with my employees to overcome an issue, a time a worked under pressure etc
Received a phone call to attend interview. A thirty minute sit down interview with the stores general manager. Formal questions and scenarios like tell me about a time when. job offer was given the following week.
