Great experience with the HR/recruiting team (very impressed actually). Not so great when it came to the interview with the C-level person. Showed up 9 minutes late (without giving any heads up about the delay), took the call while walking on the way back from lunch, was not focused or structured in the questions. It would be totally unacceptable if a candidate behaved that way, I'd like to think the same standards should apply to the person hiring.
