Interview
Very straight forward interview process. Owner covered work experience, education, future goals, and basic job description over the span of two interviews. Hourly pay and commission was discussed in the second round interview along with the assistant manager.

Interview
Bait & Switch: Told "everyone starts entry level" so they really were interviewing for entry level sales positions and looking for people that would work 4 days 10 hour shifts inside Best Buy and Costco stores selling products while standing in little booths and approaching passing shoppers. Entry level job for 16-21 year old students while working through school. I made it clear I wasn't looking for this type of job.

Interview
I showed up for the interview. It was in some small business center of with multiple suites, right above a hookah lounge. Unfortunately, I was not told about how long the interview would take so I put a dollar in the parking meter to cover me for an hour. I walked upstairs to the office. It was very bare, a couch, a desk and then another room with an empty fish tank and a desk. Carlos, I think his name was, pretty much assumed that I actually wanted the job. I had to slow him down just so I could tell him that all I was doing was keeping my options open. I ended up not taking the job because of the company that sharp marketing repesents as a franchise, is a company I had worked for before and never want to work with again.
