Absolutely terrible. What was supposedly going to be 4 interviews in a span of 3 weeks became 5 redundant and reductive interviews spread out over almost 3 months. 4 out of the 5 interviews were entirely pointless, with repeated questions, an obvious disconnect between interviewers, and terrible time management. Everyone conducting the interview showed up late-including the CEO who was an absolute joke. There were weeks of silence in between each stage with no clear direction or end. They'd ask you for email follow up and then proceed to not answer or follow up on their own (something the CEO said my generation was terrible at and what a joke when all of his employees were terrible at follow up and responding-one even no showed at the interview THEY requested of me). I finished the 5th interview and it has been over 3 weeks with no response back to either reject or move forward. It's been a wasteful time and what a terrible way to manage everything. Not to mention the verbiage the CEO uses to mask toxic work culture: 'you aren't an employee you're an entrepreneur" is laughable. It's an excuse to blatantly ignore work/life ethics and balance of employees and pressure them to work beyond reasonable means. He made it seem as only the 'tough' can handle this job when really it was their life being disrespected because of a job that doesn't even have fully paid medical coverage or match your 401k. Please look elsewhere for a job.
