Interview
Comfortable and respectful. Organization focused on the clients as priority and teamwork was essential. NO micro management. I was allowed to do my job. Supervision was provided weekly. Peer meetings were also held so we could share ideas. Workshops and seminars were provided to allow for professional growth.

I met with the director, Bill Lopez, who was familiar with my work in previous jobs. He created a non threatening environment which allowed me to relax and present myself well. Questions that were asked were basic. What do I know about the organization. How do I handle stress. Strengths and improvement areas.
