The interview process starts with a 1 hour chat with a recruiter going over some basic questions regarding your past experiences , motivations etc. The next step is a one day interview in person that has 2 steps, first you have to work in teams to deliver a presentation on a realistic product improvement (the point is not to give the best ideas but to see how you work in teams) you will also have a mentor during this who is pretty helpful with everything. After the presentation there is a one hour interview where you have to solve a programming question (leetcode easy / medium), its best if you can explain your solution and demonstrate how you approach solving problems. After the task there is also a standard technical interview where you can talk about the projects you worked on etc. They were super quick to respond after this too and all the technical questions were relevant to the role.

There will be a initial get to know each other call where Shapr3D checks if we seem to be a good potential fit for each other. This is the opportunity to check if company feels to be a potential good fit as well. 1. Homework assignment for a week 2. Technical interview based on the assignment 3. Managerial interview 4.
