The interview process consisted of three stages. The first stage was an introductory phone screening with a recruiter to discuss my background, experience, and interest in the SDR role. The second stage was another phone interview focused more on my sales skills, communication abilities, and qualifications. The final stage was an in-person interview with the hiring team, where we discussed the role in greater detail and I had the opportunity to learn more about the company and its expectations.
