First round was a Zoom interview with HR, second round was a Zoom interview with supervisor, third round in person interview with many different people in the organization, some who would be lateral colleagues and others in upper management

How would you approach a specific challenge in this role?
They responded and scheduled our interview easily. Was a nice conversation. There have been long periods of silence which do not seem necessary and certainly do not show a respect for the applicants time.
