Sezzle has definitely changed its interview process because I did not experience any of the bad things that were mentioned in previous reviews. The whole process took about five weeks: 0. applied to job 1. Submitted pertinent transcripts and completed wonderlic test 2. Take home project - build a real time calculator 3. technical interview (quickly notified I moved on) 4. behavioral interview (after about a week and a half of anxious waiting) 5. Quick talk with manager about the role 6. Offered & accepted position

Feb 1 was the day i got to see the opening for this job which i was waiting for long to apply in sezzle. Feb 15 got an email for the codelity test which was the first round of the process, 17 feb i taken the test and solved all questions which had 1 sql, 1 java and 1 react. I was hoping alot ahead as i did well in this round and after a week i did not receive any update on this so tried reaching out recruiters over email and linkedin. And today by Feb 26 finally i received an email as they have moved forward with other candidate, pretty unfortunate for me but it was good experience i have to learn and upskill myself and hopefully i will do better to not to neglect if someone look into my skills and profile.
