Initial contact was with a recruiting firm doing the screening. They said that they would then recommend me to the next step in the process. I was then called a few days later and had an online interview with the company

Interview
One phone screen and one in person interview with the direct supervisor and her manager. They asked straightforward questions like what experience I have, one example of an intervention I’ve led, what kind of schedule I prefer, how I like to receive feedback and recognition, and how I fit into different kinds of team dynamics.
