I applied online. I interviewed at Severson & Werson (Irvine, CA)
Interview
Four rounds of a panel interview format, with two to three employees at each round, at least one associate and one partner. The firm is interested in hiring attorneys with experience in financial services and generally doesn't hire for associate positions if you haven't been a litigator for at least 2-3 years. Didn't seem to care about plaintiff's side experience, which makes some sense.

What do you know about financial services litigation? What motions practice experience do you have?
