I interviewed at Setu (Bangalore) in Feb 2021
Had 4 rounds
1. Online coding test: Easy
2. Exploratory round: About company and getting familiar with interviewee for around 45hr. Interviewer was friendly and interacting actively.
3. Deep dive round: Lasted about 30m. Interviewer was friendly, explained about tech stack and was happy to interact and guide me for next round.
4. Design and coding:
API designing.
No system design related question.
1.5 hr f2f and 3.5 hr offline coding project.
The interviewer was very exhausted after whole day of work like me at 4:30 pm.
They want candidate to attend interview and spend 5 hrs after working for 9 hours in office. Its really annoying to miss dinner and solve these assignment over weekday. Unfortunately, I just wanted to finish somehow this round in 2hr and prep for next company
Hope HR tries to schedule last round over weekend or provide more time to finish .

There were 5 rounds,
1. Coding Challenge (HackerEarth)
2. Exploratory Call
3. Deep Dive
4. Coding / Project
5. Founders call
I got clear the 3 rounds initially, It was quite an easy one actually. The first round provides basic SQL and 2 easy DSA questions. The exploratory round was cakewalk if you are good at communication and expressing the whole process was easy. Deep dive round mostly consist of your CV past tech stacks. design round was give u problem statement and ask your points and tell you to impl.

Design Round asks to implement splitwise app features based on assumptions.
