Technical Round and a HR Round , in technical there will be a system test of around five to ten tasks, the result is based on the result is based on the number of candidates applied for the position , if there are less candidates then your chance of getting the job is high

General Discussion then telephonic technical discussion followed by Skype technical test and then finally HR round. It took almost 14 days to get selected. I describe this process to be a fair selection process which every genuine IT company follows.
