Screening video call with talent acquisition person.
Initial multiple choice aptitude, language and personality test. Second is a technical assessment in a mock scenario using Hubspot sandbox environment.
Horrible experience overall. Felt like unpaid consulting with the exhaustive testing. NOT RECOMMENDED. Second interview was with a technical person in the Philippines in a totally different timezone and difficult to understand. Unclear instructions. Laid out next steps. Total of 5-6 steps involved in the hiring process and can take 2-3 weeks. Unprofessional assessor that made you feel like you were wasting time as she wanted to work on projects instead of helping you.
interview was great. The S2C team was nice, open and very transparent. They made sure that both sides were happy when finding the best fit for their customer as well as myself.

what is the point in wasting everyones time?
CEO did say this is the type of company where people can be themselves, so I think I dodged a bullet.
