Screening video call with talent acquisition person. Initial multiple choice aptitude, language and personality test. Second is a technical assessment in a mock scenario using Hubspot sandbox environment. Horrible experience overall. Felt like unpaid consulting with the exhaustive testing. NOT RECOMMENDED. Second interview was with a technical person in the Philippines in a totally different timezone and difficult to understand. Unclear instructions. Laid out next steps. Total of 5-6 steps involved in the hiring process and can take 2-3 weeks. Unprofessional assessor that made you feel like you were wasting time as she wanted to work on projects instead of helping you.
