We’re genuinely sorry you had a challenging experience during the interview process. I do take it upon myself to go back to all candidates we meet face to face, and as many as we can that also submit video applications, so I wholeheartedly apologise that I didn’t get back to you to follow-up and feedback.
I’ve gone back through our recruitment platform and my own emails, and couldn’t find any of your follow-ups, which may have meant that they dropped into my spam and were totally missed. This isn’t a justification for not getting back to you, but hopefully sheds a bit of light as to why you felt you were ‘ghosted’ in this process - I’d have certainly replied had I seen one of them land in my inbox.
I’m still more than happy to provide feedback (we keep everything for all candidates), so if you’re able to re-forward your emails to my email, then I’ll be sure to get back to you on this.
