HR was very responsive. The hiring process was thorough. Was told to watch a short video and do intervention planning based on observations. Was given 20-30 mins for this segment followed by a 30-45 mins face-face interview where they would run through the case study to better understand your clinical reasoning. I believe with sufficient work experience the clinical questions asked can be answered with ease.
