Servicing Solutions interview questions

Applied online. Received call from recruiter. Asked for in person interview. The interviewer was timely and discussed in detail the company and its practices and goals. Second interviewer briefly discussed company however directed the conversation to my skill sets. I found both senior level interviewers to be informative, pleasant and showed a sense of pride in the company.

They reached out to me quickly, and made an offer very quickly! The interview was clearly designed to hire for ‘fit’ with the culture and high expectations. The entire experience left me feeling like I would make (or not) the cut based on my character. Sure, there’s technically oriented questions, but pay close attention- most of the tests are based on honesty.
