This is one of the worst interview processes I've ever been through. I never had an initial screening call with the recruiter, so I was given no information about the role (outside of the job description), the team, the interview process, or salary budget to determine if it even made sense for me to move forward. The first thing I received was an automated request for time that ended up being with the hiring manager. I then proceeded to be moved forward in the process through 5 interviews. The only follow up I received after any of the interviews was automated emails asking for feedback. I had to reach out to the recruiter multiple times to ask for updates and next steps and got very brief replies. I had several interviews rescheduled, an additional 5th person added on at the last minute the week I was told a decision would be made. My first interview occurred on 5/15/2023 which was now 8 weeks ago. I still haven't received any answer on their decision. I'm assuming at this point I didn't get the job, but I would expect after investing all of that time and talking to so many people I would get the courtesy of an email letting me know that.
