I applied via LinkedIn and was asked to attend a phone interview. Few questions were asked about my work experience, why am looking for a change, how would i describe the ServiceNow business and so on. It went well and I was asked to do a technical test. I wrote some Selenium tests that would test features of a website they deliver as part of the assignment. It was also good enough to proceed to the next level. This was a 3 hour interview, where i met four different people. It wasn't too technical, but more of a get to know each other. Before leaving, I asked when I would hear back and was told it would be a week. It has been 4 months now.... not a word. Even if it was a No, I would like for them to have the decency to say so. Either way, bad impression.

1. 70 min online assessment with camera and speaker. 2. Phone interview with the hiring manager (technical question) 3. Onsite interview with two engineers in the team (technical questions) 4. Onsite interview with three managers/directors
