Applied online. Got a call week later for an interview with HM. That went well and the HM wanted to move to the next round. After that I got ghosted. Recruiter does not pick the call. Called twice.sent an email. no updates. It was quite frustrating. I was excited for the role and did not expect this from ServiceNow. Advice to the recruitment team: Once you put the candidate through the interview process, give feedback and do not ghost them even if the news is bad.
