Interview
There were online assessments prior to the interview with the recruiter. The whole process took about a week from application to getting through the assessments (aptitude test and questionnaire) and receiving an interview invitation.

Question 1
As this was a remote role, we mostly talked about that and whether this role is ok with me. We discussed compensation which was a flat fee, not a range, and the recruiter made sure I was ok with it before we proceed. It wasn't a technical interview, more a cultural fit and I was given an opportunity to ask as many questions about the company as I wanted. The recruiter lady seemed cool with it.
Phone call followed by an in person interview where you gave a presentation on a company that had good customer service. You were then interviewed by everyone you presented to.

Interview
Entire process took a little over 4 weeks. I applied online and was set up fairly quickly with a telephone pre-screen interview. After the pre-screen, I had to take a critical thinking test, had a 2-on-1 telephone interview with the Kansas City team, was asked to prepare a 10-page PowerPoint presentation for the in-person interview, presented the presentation at the in-person interview to the team in the Boston office as well as via Skype to the Kansas city team, had one-on-one interviews with two of the SVP's in the Boston office, and had two more 2-on-1 interviews via Skype with the Kansas City team. The in-person interview process took about 4.5 hours.
