Very strange. ECM Site Manager 1:1 interview turned out to be 3:1. Made to wait nearly half an hour past interview time for no other reason than to be made to wait. ECM Site Manager unable to describe performance metrics used in monitoring LCM performance.

Single Panel, the interview was a one one with the manager for the department. The interviewer is very nice and professional. I would recommend going into the interview ready to talk and show personality.
