The HR Person was in Touch with the Daily Business of the Company. My background and Knowledge was tested. Since I Applied only for a small Position, the Interview was really easy.

How I would Act in certian situations in Retail (Stress Management f.e.)
They asked about your experience, why sephora, and they talk about what the role requires what what will you have to do. They also gave an excel task after the interview which test your skills. But it is not super difficult. They reply fast and they are supportive.
