Average. Got asked regular retail questions. Interview was with both managers after I applied online. Got contacted few weeks after applying. First it was phone interview then got asked to come in person.
Interview process was relaxed, and they encourage you to be yourself. One thing I would recommend is to wear make up in a way that shows your make up skills.

There were 2-3 rounds of interviews and a pre-screening video call were done when opening a new Sephora store. The pre-screening was a personal 1-1 call while the actual interview was done as a group
