I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sephora in Aug 2016
Interview
I was at a job fair and got interviewed on the spot. The process was smooth and easy, asked a few questions and your experiences in the past. Be prepared and know who you're speaking to. It is also best to not look nervous and just be yourself. The process took about 2 weeks, first week is being interviewed by one of the supervisor and then the 2nd week you will be interviewed by the head manager.

Interview
I was first contacted over the phone for a quick phone screen. During the phone call, I was asked about my previous job experiences, responsibilities, and why I left my previous job. I was also asked about why I chose Sephora. They then asked me to come in for an interview. When I came in for the in-person interview, I sat and spoke with the manager who asked me typical interview questions.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Sephora in Sept 2019

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Sephora (Denver, CO) in Aug 2019
Interview
Easy interview process, though I’d recommend going in to speak with the manager first (which is generally good practice for all retail jobs). You’ll have a phone interview & and in-person interview & then you’ll find out if you’ve gotten the job. Good luck!
