Interview
I've been applying online at sephora for about two months now. About a month into applying I got an email about a job fair and obviously jumped on the opportunity to go!
The process was very quick and simple, I first had to fill out an application saying what locations I wanted to work at what position i wanted etc. I then moved on to a one on one portion and after that put through to one of the location store directors. I didn't hear anything after the job fair.

Question 1
If you were in a busy Sephora location and had multiple customers on stage, how would you give each of them your best customer service?
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Sephora (London, ON)
Interview
One interview, went good with traditional sit down interview then it has moved onto hands on and applying a red lip on a fellow employee in front of 2 managers.

Question 1
How can you sell this red lip to a prom student so they leave with the lip in hand after your application is finished?
The interview process wasn’t too bad! In the one I had I did both a makeup demo and sit down/traditional interview. I was a bit nervous about the makeup demo, but they gave me a look to do (mine was a colourful daytime look) and allowed me to collect products around the store to use during the demo. They provided me the model as well!

Interview
You'll get a first interview on the phone as an initial screening, then a group panel interview where they look for the candidates that stand out, followed by one or two more one on one interviews and a followup demonstration of your makeup/skincare skills where they mostly look at your customer service skills.
TLDR: 4 interviews, one demonstration.
