I sent my CV through an employee, it took them a long time to even contact me and the communication was dry. Was contacted and scheduled a phone interview, they sent a calendar invite and then they just didn't show up and have been ghosting me since.

I wanted to reschedule the 2nd interview because of unexpected circumstances but HR has just disappeared. A week later, after I already missed the interview, an HR from recruitment company who referred me there managed to get through to their HR, but after a few days they just sent me a rejection email instead of rescheduling the interview...
