Interview
Culture based interview focused on character first. Met with a cross functional team that asked competency based questions before I ever met with my future manager or peers. The interview process took a couple of rounds, which gave me confidence that the company was protective of their culture.

Interview
Overall the interview process was great! I applied online, and a few days later got a call from someone in HR and did a brief phone interview. She scheduled me to come in later that week for the culture interview and skills interview. They were very caring and accommodating of my schedule for the interview. The culture interview was focused more on behavioral questions, and everyone was really laid back and friendly. Next I met with the hiring manager and President for the skills interview, which was thorough but not too intense. They got back to me within a few days with an offer, and communication was always prompt during the process!

How do you feel when a co-worker disagrees with how you do your work?
3 separate interviews
1. Phone screen with HR
2. Culture interview
3. Technical interview
All 3 of the interviews were easy going and more or less about your ability to communicate and be outgoing as well as having a good workplace judgement and skills.
Overall the the experience during the entire process was great. I’m not sure I’ve ever had any other process with another company that was better.
