The interview process began on a promising note, starting with a timely invitation to interview and a smooth, well-conducted conversation during the session itself. I was informed that I could expect a response within the week regarding the outcome. However, after the interview, no further communication was provided—despite my follow-up. Unfortunately, I did not receive even a courtesy message acknowledging the outcome of my application. While the initial stages reflected a degree of professionalism, the lack of closure and communication afterward was disappointing and inconsistent with standard candidate experience practices.
