I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sentieo (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2019
Interview
The interview process was very routine with respect to what questions were asked. They valued who I was as a person as much as professionally. Great people who were genuinely interested in me.

Why do you want this position ?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sentieo (London, England) in Mar 2021
Interview
Very positive energy.
4 stages: Screen, HR, 1:1 and 2:1 with a short straight forward writing assignment between.
Out of all the interview processes i've been through, this was one of my favourites. A highly intelligent yet humble team with a great product and strong career prospects for any SDR.
The best interviewers will make the interview feel like an engaging two way conversation rather than a formal test - It encourages the candidate to be themselves rather than commit to robotic answers. Sentieo were great at this.
Would highly reccomend.

Question 1
The usual (Why Sales, Why Sentieo) + Brain teaser, right at the end:
If all vehicles in the world were instantaneously autonomous, what would be the impact?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sentieo (San Francisco, CA) in May 2019
Interview
From start to finish this process was better than all my other interviews at various companies. Each person I engaged with genuinely took an interest in the conversation and there was stimulating dialogue. The people that work here appreciate intellect and what your goals are. Yes, the interview process was structured, but in no way did it feel like the conversation was scripted which I really appreciated. Be prepared to know the product and be able to speak about it.
