Virtual interview followed by an in-person assessment day. The virtual interview was via Zoom and included why I am interested in the company, role etc. The in-person assessment day was largely competency based.

Had to travel to site. At this stage, there were ~10 other candidates. There was a quickfire technical questions round where you rotated between several employees of different disciplines: - Project management - Physics - [Engineering specialisation] There was also a group assignment where you had to develop a client solution and present it.
