I uploaded my resume with the company online. A Sentara recruiter contacted me to interview. I was interviewed by 4 people who all had a set of questions. I prepared myself beforehand and the interview went smoothly. I researched the job specifications and compared them against my experience. The position was the next progressive step.

How would you handle a situation where you and a colleague disagree?
The interview process was actually pretty quick. They told me the job details and asked if I was okay with that. I was qualified so it was really just a personality check.
It was a long process they took lots of time to revert back and the interview was also onsite and the opportunity was onsite. There were no technical questions asked.

The interview process is similar to other places. Hiring manager was quick to schedule both interviews. It took nearly a month between acceptance of the offer and first day on the job, however.
