Average interview face to face and over the phone. Recommend that you do both if you want to visit the facility first and see up close other current workers. This will help you decide whether to pursue the position.
Was easy and straightforward. She was friendly too. I was relaxed and not under pressure. It lasted for about 30 minutes. I had the offer. The process took a week or so. It was fast and it depends on the need at that particular time.
