Applied and got a call from HR the next day. Was selected to interview with the Nurse Manager of facility two days later. She hired me on the spot! HR called back to set up Occupational Health and paperwork appointments. I was set up for orientation the following week. Process took 2 weeks from initial interview. Everyone was courteous and I felt very welcomed by the company.
You apply for position Then you talk to recruiter. Interview is set up. You talk to office manager. You should hear something within a week or later. Good luck with it.
Had a brief phone interview with a recruiter then had an in person interview with the office manager and 3 people from Sentara HR. Got offered the position roughly a week later. Then had to complete background check, health screening and submit references. I started orientation roughly a month after the initial interview.

The hiring process was great. The administrator was educated and professional. The facility was very presentable and the office staff was very welcoming. The interview was straight to the point and quick.
